• Onions (diced,1cup)

• Dry Lentils or black beans (425g)
• Taco Seasoning (2 tablespoons)

Make your own tacos by mixing all the ingredients. In a pot take some oil and then toss the onions until they turn light brown. Next, add the minced garlic. Immediate after gradually keep adding the remaining ingredients. Once they start boiling cover and lower the simmer unless the lentils or beans turn softer and smoother.
Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning. Take a spoon full of chilli powder, cumin, onion and garlic powder. Add salt to the mixture along with black pepper, oregano and paprika powder. If you want you may also add some cocoa powder.
Fill in the taco shells with the mixture of lentils or beans along with veggies. Top it up with the seasoning.
