Archie made a ‘royal’ appearance on the debut podcast of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The kid was heard saying “Happy new year” to millions of audiences.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle debuted on the podcast yesterday and showed off their 19-month-old son. The Spotify deal worth £30million saw the privacy-loving couple encouraging Archie to say “Happy New Year”. It was a 33-minute Archewell Audio podcast where both of them were heard laughing together and sharing comments like, “From us, I’ll say no matter what life throws at you guys, trust us when we say, love wins,” came from Meghan. Harry responded, “Love always wins.”

But Archie’s appearance on the podcast expectedly gave birth to a set of debates. The experts also have opinions on the debut of Archie and the whole approach.
Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, told The Sun, “The whole thing to my mind is a bit sad because this couple hasn’t seen their own families, yet they go on about families, connections, and how important it is for us all to be connected.” Seward continued, “There’s something that doesn’t ring true. They are not practicing what they are attempting to preach. And as for poor little Archie, I think he’s wheeled out when he suits Harry and Meghan. The show itself is a lot of celebrities spouting off about themselves. It’s very self-congratulatory.”
