When HeadFIT for Life’s website released a video on Monday, Prince Harry, a mercenary from the past was depicted to urge the armed forces about how to train their well-being led by “mental fitness, strength and resilience”. The former veteran in his 35th year added saying, “you need to train your mind and body as one…. Think about what you can do to unlock your potential, and to perform the highest level”.

According to U.K.’s Evening Standard, HeadFIT caters to tools aimed at boosting motivation, confidence and soaring positivity, as an organised initiative to reduce stress which took three years to be formulated. Although it had a plan of being released in June, the Covid-19 outbreak reshuffled the schedule in an earlier launch.
The tabloid also revealed that HeadFIT has partners like the Ministry of Defence, The Royal Foundation’s Heads Together Campaign and King’s College London who collaborated together besides seeking medical recommendations from psychologist Dr. Vanessa Moulton.
Harry contemplated further in a statement speaking, “For too long we have been waiting for problems to arise and then reacting to them. HeadFIT is a proactive approach to mental fitness, focusing on our own potential to increase our performance, using proven methods in sport science. This is about the optimization of self. This is about being the best you can be.”
