Valve has officially revealed Deadlock, a hidden MOBA shooter game. The Seattle-based firm, which had previously hinted at a tower-based third-person shooter, has made the announcement via Steam.

Currently, a group of dedicated community members has been actively engaging in testing the game, diligently playing through various levels and offering valuable feedback and suggestions to the creators to help enhance the overall gaming experience.

The company has finally made its 6v6 Hero shooter public

On April 28, 2024, Valve’s 6v6 Hero shooter, which was first kept under wraps because of its early development stage, made its official Steam debut.

In the game’s steam page, “Deadlock is still in early development stages with lots of temporary art and experimental gameplay.” Is written.

Now that they have access to invite-only events, players can talk about the gameplay of the game and show it off on well-known streaming services. 

31,000 gamers are now testing the game, and more have gained access to the private playtest through invites from friends and developers, according to Steam’s database.

The title contains a plethora of Heroes having distinct abilities

Valve’s highly-anticipated mystery game, the latest addition to their gaming portfolio, has recently garnered significant attention and acclaim within the gaming community. This intriguing title has achieved a remarkable feat by surpassing well-established favorites like Helldivers 2 to secure a spot in Steam’s prestigious list of the top 40 most-played games, highlighting its growing popularity and player base.

The game includes a variety of Heroes with distinct powers, six players per team, and four lanes with towers. To win, players must attack opponent towers and drive towards their own base.

At the moment, fans of shooter games can visit well-known streaming services to see clips of content producers demonstrating the gameplay of the game. Given that it’s still in its early stages of development and is a multiplayer game, it will be intriguing to see what Valve can contribute.
