The Mirror revealed in February that his Listening Experience performance for Vultures Volume 1 in New York was a complete bust, with attendees having to deal with a two-hour wait in addition to other annoyances at the location.
Despite a delay in Korea, fans praised Ye’s concert as a significant moment, but netizens criticized the K-pop stars’ attendance due to Ye’s controversial past, including his controversial Anti-Semitic remarks and his involvement in scandals with Donda Academy. This led to Ye’s fall in the American music industry compared to his initial prominence in the game.
