The platform leverages the power of Zoom AI Companion, the company’s cutting-edge generative AI assistant, to offer a wide range of customizable templates tailored for various meeting settings, including stand-ups, project updates, and one-on-ones, thus catering to diverse organizational needs for more productive and seamless communication.

New technology is designed to tackle common issues
The new technology tackles common workplace issues like cross-functional alignment and information overload. It offers a centralised platform for project planning, business document generation, and knowledge base management by enabling users to create and update documents, wikis, and tables.
In the latest version 6.1.6 or newer of the Zoom Workplace app, users are granted access to Zoom Docs, a feature that enhances collaboration and productivity. The functionality of Zoom Docs is available to subscribers of the paid Zoom Workplace plan, offering advanced tools and capabilities. Meanwhile, free Basic users are still able to produce a limited number of up to 10 shared documents, albeit lacking some of the sophisticated AI features provided to paying subscribers.
