Time has once again scheduled a meeting with the men who might run for Clare Crawley’s The Bachelorette!
Formerly, ABC has announced the names of the participants on The Bachelorette season 16, whose production has been unprecedentedly deferred owing to the coronavirus pandemic. It has also subjected ABC to recast its production by shifting the action to a particular location.
Matt James was one of the likely players on the reality show but then he turned out to be the star of The Bachelor season 25 which would air the very next year. However, that would be the first season to cast a Black male in the lead role.
When Clare’s role was declared, she told Good Morning America, “I am looking for a man that is just like my dad. Strong, loving, gentle, compassionate and just a real, genuine, kind man.”
Meanwhile, the new faces are older when compared to the previous batch as mentioned on Facebook. Clare who is now in her 39th year happens to be the oldest lead of The Bachelorette franchise. As the media personality drew attention to her age, she voiced, “For me, it just is more years under my belt, more learning and knowing what I want, what I don’t want”.
