Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not attending Christmas in the UK this year. The royal family will be celebrating Christmas without Harry, Meghan, and son Archie Harrison.

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, and their son Archie Harrison cannot visit the UK to celebrate Christmas due to the gathering and travelling restrictions.
The Queen is very sad, as said by the royal experts. The Queen had to change the Guest List due to the pandemic restrictions. The Royal Family has a traditional Christmas celebration every year, but due to the coronavirus restrictions, they have changed their ways of celebrating it.
Penny Junor, the biographer of Charles and Diana: Portrait of a Marriage, recently spoke with Daily Express. Junor has claimed that Queen Elizabeth is very much disappointed as her Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and her great-grandson is not in the position of attending the Christmas celebration of their very own Royal Family. Junor has also claimed that the Queen is going to miss the Duke and Duchess of Sussex this holiday season.

Penny Junor while speaking to Daily Express, expressed how Meghan and Harry too will be missing their Christmas celebration. According to the royal expert, Harry mingles up with his cousins very well, and along with that, the family traditions which he has been into all these years from a very young age is going to miss his grand-parents whom he loves unconditionally.
Prince Harry along with Meghan Markle, and Archie Harrison, is going to spend Christmas in California this year. From the 4th of November, UK is under a second nationwide lockdown, and their plans had to be cancelled. They had planned that they would return to the United Kingdom, but the travel restrictions and the nationwide lockdown had made their plans to get cancelled. Therefore, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, and Archie Harrison will spend their Christmas in Montecito home.
