Netflix has dropped the Drake-Produced “Top Boy” Season 3 trailer releasing on 13 September.
The anticipation for the Top Boy season three is high right now. It’s often referred to as one of the best series on television these days. However, after two seasons, the show got cancelled. But with much surprise, the 6ix God came to the rescue and revived the show for a third season. He even premiered the trailer during his concert in London earlier this year. After announcing the launch date as September 13th, Netflix has now put up the official trailer for the third season.
Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson will be seen in their original roles while a couple of new cast members will join in season three. Among them are artists from the U.K. who have already impressed everyone in the music scene such as Little Simz and Dave. Rumours initially were floating around that Drake and Skepta would actually be seen in the show but later on, the news was revealed that Drizzy had purchased the rights and he was working as the show’s executive producer. There is a chance of us catching a glimpse of him somewhere in the show. Top Boy series three will also be seen the star Micheal Ward and Shone Romulus.
Walters, however, previously revealed how Drake got attached with the show after its cancellation. “There was a year and a half of silence and I didn’t really hear from them again. Then I get a call from the production company saying Drake has done the deal,” he said after revealing that he already spoke to the Canadian star about the show. ”
