Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Charitable Initiative Serves a Shocking U-turn
The royal couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already on their way to pull apart the Sussex Royal Foundation, the not-for-profit organization which was created in July 2019 but never came to be officially launched. Meanwhile, on August 5 the pair applied to change the name of the organization from Sussex Royal to the MWX Foundation.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, however, had already requested a similar altercation last Wednesday who then came to withdraw their application after nine minutes. As soon the official change was acknowledged, several royal admirers went through a perplexing phase.

Addressing the abrupt modification, one Twitter user named Isa shared her remark writing, “I genuinely don’t understand so if someone can explain this to me:
1. Why would a dissolving company change its name?
2. And didn’t the Sussex say that they weren’t going to establish or create a foundation? So why the change from Sussex Royal to MWX foundation?”

Another Twitteratti, Pamela RG penned, “Why change the name in the middle of liquidation for Sussex Royal? Maybe so that they can then establish Archewell after this MWX Foundation Liquidation?”

The royal duo had previously declared that they hardly intend to start a foundation. Moreover, they came to voice the same fact on their website SussexRoyal.com in February, who mentioned, “As shared in early January on this website, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not plan to start a ‘foundation’, but rather intend to develop a new way to effect change and complement the efforts made by so many excellent foundations globally.”
The statement also read, “While there is not any jurisdiction by The Monarchy or Cabinet Office over the use of the word ‘Royal’ overseas, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not intend to use ‘Sussex Royal’ or any iteration of the word ‘Royal’ in any territory (either within the UK or otherwise) when the transition occurs Spring 2020.”
