Keanu Reeves’ family has got approved abruptly! A source exclusively told Life & Style that the Matrix 4 star’s mom, Patricia Taylor, “adores” his longtime girlfriend, Alexandra Grant.
She first met Alexandra over a year ago and warmed to her instantly. They share a ton in common, including their passion for the arts.
The insider remarked that the John Wick actor who’s in his 55th year is “extremely close” with his mother. “The three of them often meet up for lunch or dinner.” When Keanu and Alexandra, 47, aren’t spending time with Patricia, they have enjoyed romantic candlelight dinners, secret vacations and motorcycle rides, a separate source shared in November 2019, adding that “they’re practically inseparable.”
Given Keanu’s tragic past involving the death of his former partner Jennifer Syme in 2001, his loved ones now seem relieved that he’s found love again.
The source explained, “Keanu was so traumatized by her death that there were times when he couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. He was in such a dark place for so long, but Alexandra’s positive outlook and support have played a huge part in helping him turn his life around. Some say she’s not only stolen his heart but she’s also saved him.”
