Jennifer Aniston’s 5 secrets behind the aspiring shape

Have you ever wondered about how Jennifer Aniston at the age of 51 can dominate the big screen being one of the most sought-after figures?

Although the “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” star hails great genes undoubtedly, she never abstains from putting her effort to look youthful which brings out her inner strength impeccably. And here is what she follows from her busy schedule-

1. Her personal trainer Leyon Azubuike revealed to Women’s Health in February saying, the actress exercises every day for an hour and a half. Want to know what she exactly practices? Well it ranges from boxing, jumping rope, strength training to getting on resistance bands highly. However, all such means are switched in rotation “so the body reacts in a positive way and changes”.

2. Four years ago, Aniston told People magazine that she depends on weight training for the toned build, especially when it comes to her admirable arms. The celeb said, “Grab […] little 5-pound weights if you have nothing else and just move them around’, while she admitted about “muscle confusion” which is basically shaking things up with different patterns in order to provoke the limbs. However, Aniston even resorts to “spin-yoga” every three days in a week, ‘which is 25-30 minutes of spinning’ followed by ‘30-40 minutes of yoga’.

3. Earlier she told Well + Good that her daily secret is a shake “with some sort of pure protein,” that gets served with a lot of fruits including bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, maca powder, a little cacao and “a vegetable mix of dynamic greens.” Else, the actress takes “some toast and poached eggs with some avocado”, “Or millet cereal with almond milk and bananas”. You can just try them out now.

4. Do you know that Jen didn’t leave the option of boxing as well? According to Hello! magazine, she told InStyle before 2 years that there is a psychological impact when one gets through the drills. It pushes the brain to work. Moreover, it also helps in relieving ‘aggression’. Her trainer and friend Mandy Ingber, meanwhile disclosed that “She loves balancing poses, like the tree, half-moon pose and warrior II,” besides liking ‘plank’.

5. Lastly, another secret lies in devoting at least 20 minutes per day in moving one’s body. That can be achieved by either walking or running to boost metabolism.

In fact, Jen stated that one can ‘have a great little yoga routine in two minutes”. You can do that step by step. Firstly, go for “Ten sun salutations”, then “five or six standing poses” led by “five minutes of stretching”. She told that the ‘chair [pose]’ can be practised for about 30 seconds, followed by ‘10 squats or so’, after which it can be repeated for ‘three or four times’ to ‘get plenty of toners in there as well’.
