“I do intermittent fasting, so there’s no food in the morning” – Jennifer Aniston

Apart from being in the news for her alleged relationship with Brad Pitt or criticizing her ex, Jennifer Aniston has recently shared her views on intermittent fasting as well.

Intermittent fasting is the most popular thing in health and wellness at present, and while any diet comes with “fasting” it certainly scares us away at first but this one is different. However, this is very popular among celebrities and this works so well for them too.

The latest addition in the list is none other than Jennifer Aniston who shared her everyday routine to Radio Times while promoting The Morning Show with her costar Reese Witherspoon.

“I do intermittent fasting, so there’s no food in the morning,” Aniston said during her interview. “I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.”

She was also asked how does she get by in the mornings where she replied with coffee as well as celery juice, which is really helpful. The famous star has joined other celebrities like Kourtney Kardashian, Halle Berry, Kate Walsh, Hugh Jackman and Brooke Burke who have seen great results from the intermittent fasting.

Intake all of your calories within eight hours for the day, and do not eat anything for the rest of the time or try only liquids during the rest of the 16 hours. However, you can also look around the hours to find which best works for you.
