How Adele Lost 19 Kgs

Christmas is special to everyone and this is no less for talented singer Adele. However, she has given her fans a great surprise in this Christmas where she has shown off the weight loss. In her first Instagram picture in two months, Adele posted a picture where she was seen looking much slimmer than before.

The actor was seen posing with Santa and the Grinch and also appeared to have lost at least 19 kilos according to a report in the Daily Mail. She was dressed in a ruched statement sleeve, plunging neckline and wrap-over skirt and her Instagram post became viral in no time on social media.

She wrote: ”We both tried to ruin Christmas but then both our hearts grew! Thank you for coming to my party and making us feel like kids, Grinch. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone.’
As per the reports that Adele has found her fitness guru John Wicks – The Body Coach – and trainer Dalton Wong and she thanked for a new frame. Earlier in October, Adele had jokingly said that she used to cry before but now she sweated.

Meanwhile, an insider had said, “She really wants to be healthy and set a good example for her son. She’s more focused on feeling good and the health benefits than the weight loss.”

On the other hands, according to the news of Fox News, her transformation comes after she has filed a divorce from husband Simon Konecki after three years of marriage. They have a 7-year-old son, named, Angelo.

Her transformation included weight training in the gym, cutting down on sugar and having The Sirtfood Diet. This diet focuses on eating and drinking foods and also drinks high in sirtuin activators. Sirtuin is one kind of proteins which protect cell bodies from dying, and also helps in regular metabolism. It increases muscle and burns fat as well.

Both red wine and dark chocolate are two favourite dishes in this diet which are high in sirtuin activators. Other dishes including this diet are apples, citrus, parsley, blueberries, green tea, coffee, turmeric, olive oil, red onion and kale.
