Gluten-Free Pancake: Easy To Make Best Gluten-Free Pancake Recipe

When going gluten-free, what about pancakes? The secret is just Bisquick for the gluten-free pancake mix and that too can be stored in an air-tight container for later use! Its high time to try it out for a fluffy yield!
Amazingly, this recipe doesn’t demand any extraordinary ingredient. So, your pantry is outright ready to encourage you for the serene delicacy.

DIRECTIONS

• Take a large bowl and beat the egg (or any other substitute), granulated sugar, pure vanilla extract, and the vegetable oil together.
• Pour the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, gluten-free baking powder, and salt to the liquid mixture and combine until smooth.
• Then, stir in milk blending it properly. For a thinner yield, use 1 to 2 tablespoons.
• Scoop the mixture into a 1/4 cup measuring cup and pour onto a greased pan for every single pancake.
• Cook the pancakes until the batter starts bubbling and see it to puff after sometime. Now, flip them and cook until golden brown.
• Finally, top with butter, syrup or your favourite meringue.
And relish your savoury!Extras- The yield can be frozen and reheated in the microwave as well. To freeze allow them to cool, placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then flash freeze them for 10 minutes so that they don’t turn sticky. Later on, you can place them inside a freezer-safe bag or air-tight container.

TIPS

• A 1/4 cup measuring cup should be used to part out the batter, scooping and pouring it onto the greased pan. That amounts to a perfect sized pancake every time.
• Pour your favorite mix-ins like blueberries or chocolate chips.
• The electric griddle can be put to use but only at 350 °.
• gluten-free syrup like pure maple can be given a try.

Recommended emulsifiers

• chocolate chips
• chocolate pancakes-sugar served with cocoa powder
• blueberries
• banana
• chocolate peanut butter-cocoa powder, chocolate chips and peanut butter
• snickerdoodle-brown sugar with cinnamon
• bacon pancakes-chopped cooked bacon
