As the F.R.I.E.N.D.S gang are not going to come together anytime soon, LEGO is offering fans a beautiful Friends-theme set. Fans would love to hang out there over a cup of coffee.
However, anyone can now bring the Perk into their home with a mini LEGO figure versions of Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Joey and Phoebe. The set is based on the idea of a cafe’s TV studio set, featuring every detail from the seating area to stage where Phobe will be seen performing with her guitar.
The seating area consists of the sofa, two chairs, an armchair and a table and they are easily removable, while the rest of the theme-based set gives attention to the details, where the service area have a coffee machine, cookie jar with cookies. The menu board, cash register and two TV studio light will be there.
Along with this, each of the gang’s mini-figures will be there from inspiring the TV show. Rachel will sport a tray and coffee cup which will portray her character as a waitress in the café. Phoebe will play the guitar and Ross will play his keyboard.
Chandler will get a laptop which resembles he has a job doing. Like Monica has a muffin and Joey has a pizza box with a pizza slice and ‘man bag’ too. The set comes with a LEGO newspaper, 15 coffee cups, flowers, vases and the reserved sign. The sign denotes only the Friends can sit there.
The theme-based Perk will be released on September 1, 2019, and anyone can register as per their interest now and add to their wishlist by pre-ordering. That will help to be the first to own it.
On the other hand, Netflix has confirmed that Friends will not be streamed there from next year as the show will move to HBO Max after its launch next year.
