Fans of Ariana Grande slam Manchester Pride bosses for cutting set short

Ariana Grande entertained the crowds at Manchester Pride on Sunday night pretty well but many fans were not happy with the fact that event organisers forced her to perform for only thirty minutes.

Details of the incident

Music fans were excited to see the 26-year-old Ariana Grande took to the stage and performed a set-list of nine tunes. But many fans felt short because of the change that took place after tickets of the annual celebrations increased when the star had been announced and her current world tour has more than three times the amount of songs on the list was set.

Fans already bashed at organisers earlier this year after tickets went on sale for £70.95 compared to a price of £28 for the 2018 event for this year. Now they are once again faced the consequences after the fans realised that the singer was being restricted to thirty minutes only.

“NO NO NO!!!! Half an hour for @ArianaGrande PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS A JOKE!?” one fan shared on Twitter after the times were released. Another one tweeted, “what’s the bigger scam, £2 for a can of warm water or £60 for half an hour of Ariana Grande.”

Ariana Grande felt sorry

Even the singer herself expressed her disappointment that she couldn’t perform for a long time, taking to the stage to address the audience before singing her final song of the event.
“Hi! Ok. Thank you guys so much, I love you so much. Thank you, this has been so beautiful,” she started. “We were told to keep this somewhat, you know, abbreviated, but we couldn’t leave without doing one more special thing for you guys, because obviously, Manchester holds a very special place in my heart,” she further added.

“So I wanted to do just one more thing for you guys – if you could sing along, it would be really magical. I love you Manchester. Thank you so much for having me,” she concluded.
However, the famous singer is currently doing an epic 102 date world tour with a list of 29 songs.
