On Monday, September 23, Jessica Simpson posted pictures of herself showcasing a variety of stylish, vampy looks on Instagram, describing them as “weekend magnetism.”
Jessica Simpson Embraces Self-Love
Simpson captioned one post that reads, “A weekend of much-needed self-love hugs and pure magnetism Part 1.”
In the photos shared, the founder of the Jessica Simpson Collection posed in a black-and-white selfie, pouting while wearing an open black lace shirt and a choker adorned with two cross pendants.
Simpson showcased her entire outfit with a full-length mirror selfie, featuring a pink corset layered over a black lace bra and panties, complemented by sheer lace pants and her lace shirt draped off her shoulder.
Following the other pictures, the singer continued to show off her outfit.
In a subsequent post titled “Weekend Magnetism Part II,” Simpson shared more mirror selfies showcasing a floor-length red lace dress paired with the same cross-choker necklace. Her hair was styled in a half-up, half-down beehive, complemented by dramatic winged eyeliner and a glossy nude lip.
The singer created a collage featuring herself in her vampy corseted outfit, layered with images of her in the red dress. Simpson also posted a video montage of her recent outfits on Instagram, set to Jack White’s song “Archbishop Harold Holmes.”
Jessica Simpson Teases Upcoming Documentary
On September 10, Simpson revealed in collaboration with Gunpowder & Sky that a documentary about her life is in production.
“I am very humbled to team up with Gunpowder & Sky and Van Toffler, who has been a longtime collaborator and supporter of mine, to make a documentary series that is entirely real, raw, and more personal than anything I have done before,” Simpson said in a release as reported by People.
“In releasing my memoir, Open Book, I was moved to learn just how much people saw themselves in my story. I am ready to share a lot that has happened in my life since that book was published, including an artistic journey and return to music inspired by pain and betrayal as well as beauty and forgiveness,” she said about the upcoming memoir.
