Beverly Hills Mansion Publicly Listed to Sell
The couple purchased the 12-bedroom and 24-bath home for $60,850,000 in 2023, the Beverly Hills mansion, publicly listed for $68,000,000 for an attempt to sell. On the other hand, Affleck purchased the 5-bedroom L.A. estate, designed by architect Cliff May and Lopez sold her penthouse for $23 million, a four-bedroom, 7.5-bath duplex.
The real estate transactions come amid a period where the couple is spending time apart. Lopez spent her milestone birthday in New York while Affleck remained in California.
