Brad Pitt’s legal team has consequently taken a jab at Angelina Jolie‘s request for the removal of the private judge in the couple’s divorce case, People has reported in recent times. They branded the appeal as “a thinly-veiled attempt by Jolie to delay the adjudication of long-pending custody issues in this case.”
If we go by the accounts of the Associated Press, it states that in the documents filed on Monday, the actress served to allege, “she was never afforded the opportunity to even raise a concern or to object to the ever-increasing business relationships between Judge Ouderkirk and [Pitt’s] counsel.”

It was on the next Thursday that the actor’s legal team filed papers claiming the engagements were “fully disclosed to Jolie.” Pitt even took to an argument stating Jolie “has never objected to [Ouderkirk’s] continued involvement in this proceeding until now,” as he further revealed Ouderkirk didn’t just maintain secrecy about the former dealings with both the parties’ lawyers. In the explanation, it was added that Jolie and her counsel had made a request to extend Ouderkirk’s work on the divorce case on three occasions.
