The actress in an interview with Radio Times formerly revealed her breakfast routine saying, “I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.” Well, it really works!

Jennifer is said to wake up at 9 am who drinks celery juice on a daily basis and practices meditation besides working out.

Four years ago, she told Elle magazine, “When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favourites. I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that.
