The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently residing in Santa Barbara, California, where the two are expected to spend this Christmas. Both stepped down as senior royals earlier this year but never stopped making it to the headlines. Earlier when they spent festive occasions with the royals, it was always heart-warming for both parties. In 2017, she managed to win over the Royals with a Christmas present which was “a huge hit,” according to royal experts Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand. In their book Finding Freedom, the authors wrote how Meghan Markle was out to find a “perfect novelty gift to amuse her new extended family,” People magazine reports.

Reportedly Meghan Markle got a gift for Prince William on her first Christmas. The book mentioned, “At least one of her gifts was a huge hit – a spoon for William that had ‘cereal killer’ embossed on the shallow bowl end of the utensil.”

In 2011 Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton bought a gag present for Prince Harry. She bought a ‘Grow Your Own Girlfriend’ kit for the junior brother according to a report by Grazia magazine.
