On Monday, Apple released big news about the iPhone update. It unveiled iOS 18 that will launch alongside the new iPhone this fall, allowing iOS beta-testing programs to Apple fans and developers throughout the summer in order to get a more smooth release without any bugs.
As per updates, Apple announced in June, that some of its newer devices would be able access Apple’s AI. It is a new service that will control the iPhone and answer more intelligently.

Well, here are some important updates on iOS that will change the way the iPhone used to feel. Now the updated version will have some of the best features that will surprise the users with its new features, such as it has updated, lock screen, home screen and control center into vibrant colors and modifications. Moreover, Photos and messages have been redesigned to be more colorful. The user can use the modifications as per its need.
As per Apple, Apple Intelligence will be launched in beta version this fall and the features it include, such as ChatGPT integration and Siri improvements.
How to download the beta?
- The iPhone should be of 2018 or later, so that it can support the new software.
- Update to the latest public version of iOS.
- Go to Settings> General> About to check your iOS version
- Now you need to sign up for the Apple beta program, use the same Apple ID as the device you want to run the beta on. Once you’ve signed up, you can click on the tab for the OS you want to run a beta of and you can see details on doing so.
- Next, you’ll need to start the update. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If you’re not new to beta updates, you may immediately see the iOS 18 Beta selection, in which case, you can skip the next two steps, otherwise..
- Look for a new Beta Updates option and tap it. Check for the list of updates for your Apple ID- if you don’t see the one you want, tap the ID and pick Use a different Apple ID.
- Then go back to the previous screen and tap Update Now.
And finally you can enjoy and test the new update.
