While recording the statements of Amber Heard‘s sister, Whitney Henriquez in Johnny Depp’s libel case against News Group Newspapers, she has been found lying in court. Whitney’s claim that the actress wasn’t ever violent towards her got charged by an exclusive clip surfacing today.
Yesterday, Henriquez was enquired about whether Amber had ever behaved hostile with her. Then, her answer was accompanied by a straight cut no.
An unbelievable discovery
A day after, Depp’s attorney David Sherborne came up with footage which was played in front of the legal body. It depicts a group of women interacting beside a swimming pool. The video shot as part of a reality TV project in 2006 or 2007 was handed over yesterday evening by an anonymous individual.

Going by the footage, the women are seen to examine some marks on Henriquez’s face as well as the body as they try to sympathize with her.

One of the women asks the victim, “I can’t believe Amber beat your ass. I know you could beat her ass”, followed by Henriquez’s reply- “I’m not talking about it.”
The former prompts further saying, “She really did whip your butt.”
Afterwards, another woman questions Henriquez if she got into an “altercation” with Amber where she responds, “Got into an altercation.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Sherborne informed the court, “At one point she visibly demonstrates her arm and her elbow to the woman asking the questions.”

Refuting the allegations
Later on, when Henriquez appeared on the witness box to be enquired about the video, she denied the occurrence of any “physical fight” between the two.
Henriquez voiced her concern within the context stating, “They were trying to make a narrative that wasn’t there. Trying to make a really, really boring conversation more interesting…It was a really bad reality show. We were referencing a verbal argument me and my sister got into the night before.”
