Associated Newspapers Ltd (ANL) is on the faceoff battle with the Duchess of Sussex. Meghan Markle rightfully has taken a legal step against ANL as it reprinted a part of a letter written by Meghan to her father Thomas Markle in 2018. The portion which was used by ANL was private between the Duchess and her father.
Meghan has allegedly reported against ANL under Misuse of Private Information, Copyright Infringement, and Breach of the Data Protection Act.

The letter Meghan wrote to her father in 2018, was misused as claimed by Meghan. The part of the letter was even published in the Mail on Sunday and MailOnline.
