Mahesh Babu was away from the film set this year and did not face a movie camera in 2020. However, he is all set to begin shooting for next soon from January 2021. Sarkaru Vaari Paata will go on the sets in January and the release date will be announced in time.

Reportedly Director Parasuram has been asked to complete the shooting of Sarkaru Vaari Pata by July. The production house, Mythri Movie Makers are keen to release the film on August 7, the release date of “Srimanthudu”. Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh have paired up for the movie. Major portions of the film will be shot in the United States and is going to be an action-packed entertainer. To maintain public safety and precautions, the makers will fly with a minimal crew to begin shooting very soon. SS Thaman will compose the music whereas PS Vinod will handle the cinematography.

In the entire pandemic year, Mahesh Babu was not seen in movie sets. Mahesh Babu was last seen in the film called Sarileru Neekevvaru. Sarileru Neekevvaru was directed by Anil Ravipudi and it was released on the occasion of Sankranthi this year. Since then, the fans have been also waiting to see their favourite star once again on screen. The film industry has been one of the worst affected sectors due to pandemic. Everyone is trying to get back on track with rescheduled dates.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu and his family members spent some quality time within Mumbai. On December 11, they were spotted at the Mumbai airport. The South star was in casuals, wearing a blue shirt and jeans. He was with his wife Namrata and daughter Sitara.
