Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are going to take a call on their short-term marriage and sources close to them told that their divorce settlement will be wrapped up soon by Halloween. They even shared the divorce have been “amicable” and the attorneys are currently working on things to sort out.

However, prenup is the key in this case. Both of them worked out a legal agreement that would make the things very simple if they ever decide to separate. She gets hers, and he gets his things. However, both Liam and Miley are both wealthy and successful people in their respective fields. Both of them has their own property, and will maintain ownership of those properties. Moreover, no spousal support needs to pay each other as they don’t have any kids.
However, the only thing which could be up for discussion would be if any money the couple made while married as those earnings would be considered community property according to the state of California. The matter will be solved within a few more week.
Marriage Story
The couple tied the knot last year on December 23, 2018. The two were married in an intimate ceremony at Miley’s Nashville home. Alothough they met much before of the marriage, dated for a couple of years and broke up once as well.
They announced their separation earlier this month, saying, “Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”
She further added, “I feel really happy and really fortunate to be with such a great person,” while Hemsworth said, “We’ve been through so much together over the last, ten years, so it felt like it was time.”
Hemsworth also opened up about this after a few days, saying, “Hi all Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward. This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love.”
