Justin Bieber, the famous pop singer has shared a couple of tips on how to deal with an anxiety attack.
Tips to survive from Anxiety
The Never Say Never singer has been suffering from depression in February. Recently he took to Instagram and shared a message which his grandmother sent to him. That was basically on how to deal with anxiety.
He shared the post with a caption, “My gramma just shared this with me. Share if this helps you.” The post read, “Tips to Help With An Anxiety Attack. Look around you. Find five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. This is called grounding. It can help when you feel like you have lost all control of your surroundings. Please re-post, it could really help someone in need.”
However, many of his friends commented on the post and left messages, as they knew of the star’s personal struggles with anxiety. The 25-year-old pop singer did not hide his mental health on social media and he had earlier shared an empowering message about this and said not letting fear and anxiety win.
Anxiety effects on his personal life
He even cancelled his Purpose tour in 2017 after falling apart mentally due to the strenuous schedule. He takes out time and regularly sends messages to his fans on how to deal with the issues that many faces, but do not want to talk about this.
On the other hand, the singer is ready for a big marriage ceremony of his with Hailey Baldwin, although they have already tied the knot last year in a secret courthouse ceremony. But a big celebration is pending with friends and family due to his mental health. However, it is expected to take place anytime in September.
