How to Permanently Delete Your Instagram Account

Choose a Reason: Select a reason for deleting your account from the dropdown menu. Feedback is optional but helpful.

Enter Your Password:Confirm your identity by entering your Instagram password.

Delete Account: Click “Permanently delete my account” to start the deletion process. Your account will be deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can reactivate it if needed.
