Flying Lotus Plays his track “More” With a New Version

Flying Lotus has played one of his tracks “More” with a different flavour.

Back Story

The American producer, musician, DJ, filmmaker, and rapper from Los Angeles, Flying Lotus has played an updated rendition of his track “More” in his recent gig.

However, this is not the first time where Flying Lotus has played tribute to Miller this year. His album Flamagra which was released back in April, featuring two tracks honouring his friend — “Find Your Own Way Home” and “Thank U Malcolm.”

Recent Scenario

This time, Flying Lotus chose to give a shout-out to the late artist before dropping Miller’s vocals. The “More” was released alongside a music video directed by Shinichirō Watanabe On May 12, 2019. So far eight Studio Albums have been released by the musician.

At the time of the album’s release, Flying Lotus said in a statement, “This album has been a refuge for pain and trying to make the most out of that pain. Music can heal and in the wake of that tragedy, it reminded me what I’m here to do. As we get older, we start to figure out what our purpose is and embrace it and I want to do good things with my work. I want it to be able to help people through tough times and inspire them to be creative.”
