Monster Hunter Now Carnival Launches Worldwide

The Monster Hunter Now Carnival is gearing up for its first global event, scheduled for November 2-3. After a year of updates and improvements to the game, Capcom and Niantic have created an interesting experience for players. This global event focuses on hunting down iconic monsters like the Golden Rathian, Silver Rathalos, and Nergigante while completing special missions that grant unique weapons and armor.

Carnivaland’s debut took place on October 12th and 13th in Shibuya, Tokyo. Shibuya holds a special place in the hearts of Monster Hunter fans, appearing in key promotional artwork. The recent event demonstrated the game’s exciting potential, with Game Rant’s participation confirming the community’s enthusiasm and engagement.

A Thrilling Experience Awaits

For newcomers, Carnival’s barrier to entry is low. Players must reach hunter level 11, which only takes a few hours to achieve. This makes it easy for new players to step in alongside seasoned veterans. Those with a hunter rating of 100 or higher will find it challenging to keep up.To prepare for the event, players must upgrade their armor and weapons and ensure they have enough supplies.

Collecting healing items is also useful, as there are many monster hunting activities in the carnival. After the event starts, players can install event-specific gear that can be upgraded with special tickets earned during the game..

The Unique Appeal of the Carnival

There were two unique tasks available to participants during the Shibuya event: Slaying and Expedition. The objective of the Expedition quest was to collect “Mystery Monster Traces” from different event sites. This gave gamers the opportunity to interact with the game while exploring Shibuya and taking in its lively streets. The Slaying mission, on the other hand, required players to vanquish massive monsters, which made the game engaging and dynamic.

Excitement was in the air as players assembled to face Nergigante. It takes planning and cooperation to overcome this Elder Dragon, which is renowned for its difficulty. The challenge is increased by Nergigante’s design, which blends in well with other aggressive creatures, according to Capcom producer Genki Sunano. For everyone participating, the blend of real-world adventure and thrilling gaming made for an unforgettable experience.
