Bayes Esports is set to undergo a leadership change as co-CEO and co-Managing Director Martin Dachselt announces his departure after eight years with the company. Effective November, Dachselt will step down to explore new opportunities but will continue to provide strategic advisory support starting December 1st. The company will now be led by Amir Mirzaee, alongside CFO Christopher Bohlmann and CTO Dr. Notger Heinz, marking a significant transition for the esports data firm as it aims to enhance its product offerings and drive further innovation in the industry.

Departure of Martin Dachselt

Bayes Esports has declared that Martin Dachselt, co-CEO, and co-Managing Director at Bayes Esports since 2015, would be leaving the company following the completion of eight very eventful years. He will remain with the organisation until the end of November, thereafter pursuing new challenges outside. Dachselt will end his direct daily business influence but will stay as an advisor to the organisation effective December 1st.

Significant accomplishments have been observed in his tenure at Bayes Esports formerly DOJO Madness. He has led the company where data usage in esports advancement has played a foundational role in supporting the future initiatives and partnerships for the company.

New Leadership Structure

Bayes Esports will be headed by Amir Mirzaee, who will assume the CEO and Managing Director roles alongside CFO Christopher Bohlmann and CTO Dr. Notger Heinz after Dachselt leaves the company. According to Mirzaee, “We are focused on innovation and growth through our great product suite built during the Dachselt tenure.”.
