There are hardly a few people there who have not seen the famous show – Game of Thrones. It is going to be one year as the series finale of the famous show aired but another star Emilia Clarke is still not happy the way it ended.

Her comments came as her favourite character, Daenerys Targaryen, was murdered by her aunt (and once lover) Jon Snow (Kit Harington) in the show, which she did not like at all as she said to The Times in her recent interview as she was preparing for her West End play The Seagull.

Notably, the final season of the show started with Daenerys and Jon who were getting ready to take the Iron Throne, but later Jon stabbed and killed her and ended her reign of terror too.

However, Emilia Clarke had shared that the ending as known to her since long, citing that when the show finally ended it felt like coming out of a bunker for her as it felt really strange as well.

‘I knew how I felt when I first read it, and I tried, at every turn, not to consider too much what other people might say, but I did always consider what the fans might think — because we did it for them, and they were the ones who made us successful, so … it’s just polite, isn’t it?’ Clarke added.

However, she shared that although she didn’t like the ending, it was a ‘gift’ for her as an actor as well. Moreover, fans did not like the final season as it was only six episodes, while the first five seasons were of 10 episodes apiece. She although said that it could have been a little longer.

But she gave a strange reply when she was asked if she is happy with the end where she replied that it was a funny word and also added that the show was huge and she had a small part there. But she certainly didn’t like being a cog there as this doesn’t help in creativity.
