When Chris Evans appeared in a recent interview, he opened up about his tour to the UK without addressing the context of romantic dates with actress Lily James.
Not yet filming
As the actor spoke to USA Today, he was posed with the question about whether he had come forward to resume his work schedule in London recently. Then his reply came, “No – aside from the website, which is probably been more work than I’ve ever done on any movie set.”
On a different agenda
The statement refers to the new website, A Starting Point, to which he has served his devotion. The forum however is built on the motif of creating a bridge between the public and elected officials on several issues. Chris continued, “There was some work things over there, but no, I’m not filming anything. People are still taking meetings. We’re doing a lot of talking about work, about when work will get up and going”.
Counting on the crucial hours
On the other hand, the star also came to shed light on his quarantine period. As Chris boasted about thoughts of staying in shape amidst the lockdown, he said, “Quarantine has actually lended itself nicely to getting in fighting shape. There’s nothing else to do. I, like most people, when in quarantine happened was like, ‘Oh, I should order some weights online.’ And apparently every single weight in the United States of America was purchased, and to try and just get a couple of dumbbells would take six months. So it’s been a lot of Rocky-type workouts of lifting just heavy objects around my house. I waited like six weeks for these weights and then one showed up. I was like, are you kidding me? So depressing”.
