Teddi Mellencamp allegedly found that her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave was cheating on her with a woman named Missy during the audition process for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in March 2016.
According to the people close to the family, the two were in an affair between six months to a year and Missy was considered as a close friend of Mellencamp at that time. The interaction was minimal between the two women, but it catalyzed a storm in their marriage.
Despite the affair, Mellencamp decided to hang in with Arroyave and urged him to work on their relationship. The insiders are pointing out that Arroyave apologized, saying he wanted to change as well as focus on family.
