Pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter has achieved a major milestone in her career by being featured on the prestigious TIME100 Next list, which recognizes rising stars across various industries. The 25-year-old singer and actress earned a spot on one of the issue’s three covers, showcasing her vibrant personality in a red silk bodysuit, posing with her hands joyfully in the air against a backdrop of green grass and blue skies.

Christina Aguilera’s Heartfelt Tribute

The magazine will hit newsstands on Friday, Oct. 4.

Along with this recognition, Carpenter will also perform at the TIME100 Next event on Oct. 9 in New York City, offering fans an opportunity to see her live amid her ongoing Short ‘n’ Sweet tour.

The singer’s inclusion comes shortly after the release of her sixth studio album, Short ‘n’ Sweet, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

One of the highlights of Carpenter’s feature in TIME100 Next is a touching tribute from Christina Aguilera.

Aguilera, who started her career on Disney, just like Carpenter, expressed her admiration for the young star’s talent and work ethic.

She wrote, “Never underestimate the mighty power behind her talent. She proves great things come in small packages.”

Aguilera also noted Carpenter’s ability to gracefully handle the demands of stardom, saying she maintains clarity in an intense industry, all while performing, promoting, and managing press with ease.

The two recently collaborated on a reimagined version of Aguilera’s iconic song “What a Girl Wants,” cementing their bond as artists.

Short ‘n’ Sweet: An Album with Impact

Carpenter’s rise to pop stardom has been meteoric, and her latest album, Short ‘n’ Sweet, reflects that. Released in August, the album features hit tracks like “Taste” and “Please Please Please,” and quickly topped the charts.

Carpenter had earlier shared with fans how much the project meant to her, stating that she hoped it would be just as special for them.

The success of the album is a testament to her evolving artistry and a bright future ahead.
