In her caption, she wrote, “Exciting things. About to crap my pants, scary, but exciting.” She described her mindset as “lingering somewhere between amazing and insanity.” Starsiak Hawk’s question to fans—“So, best guesses as to what I’m up to?!”—has set off a wave of curious responses

“Yay! A church renovation!” one fan wrote. Another follower commented, “Turning the church into a pub and restaurant?” while others proposed it might become a wedding venue.

Some responses were more lighthearted. Suggestions ranged from Starsiak Hawk “becoming a nun” to participating in “a revival performance of Sister Act.” As fans weigh in, many are eager to see how the project will connect with Starsiak Hawk’s expertise in construction and design.

Reflecting on Good Bones and the Next Chapter

Starsiak Hawk’s career has seen tremendous growth since Good Bones first aired in 2016. Her renovation business, Two Chicks and a Hammer, co-founded with her mother, Karen E. Laine, became a household name, with fans across the country tuning in.

Though Good Bones concluded in 2023 after eight seasons, the journey has left a deep impact on Starsiak Hawk. Recently, she shared on Instagram, “Most of my adult life was spent making the show.”

In October, Starsiak Hawk reflected on the show’s impact, noting how much she misses the “fun, the pranks, and the relationships” that came with filming.

She has two young children, Jack and Charlie, with her husband, Steve Hawk, and recently shared that she’s ready to balance family life with her professional ambitions. Her latest venture could mark an exciting new chapter.
