JLo is reportedly negotiating to purchase the highly sought-after $55 million Holmby Hills property, Azria Estate, according to a source who spoke with TMZ. The 14-bedroom high-status home, which is situated at 10250 West Sunset Boulevard, has a game room, an in-house theater, a greenhouse, a guest house, and an infinity pool with a sauna. Originally constructed by renowned architect Paul R. Williams, Sidney Sheldon, an Academy Award-winning writer, producer, and novelist, also owned the estate.
The former residence of late BCBG owner Max Azria is a 30,000-square-foot property in Los Angeles. Lopez is aiming to purchase it for between $30 and $39 million, a significant discount to the asking price. The Atlas actress, who is now going through a public divorce from her ex-partner Ben Affleck, is headed to become involved in a bidding war for the highly sought-after LA residence.
Billionaire investor Ron Burkle won the mansion auction with a $30 million bid earlier this year. His destiny is linked to Lubov Azria, the widow of the fashion designer, who has been filing lawsuits since May.
