Pugh’s tribute follows Garfield’s earlier revelation on the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast, where he humorously recounted an incident during an intimate scene.

The actors were so immersed in their performance that they missed the director’s cue to stop.

This anecdote highlighted the level of trust and commitment shared between the two leads.

A Story of Love, Life, and Loss

We Live In Time tells the poignant tale of Almut and Tobias, whose love story begins with a car accident but takes several unpredictable turns, navigating parenthood and health challenges.

Garfield has described the film as deeply personal, reflecting his own mid-life contemplation.
