Held at St. Mary’s Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, the private service was a solemn occasion where his loved ones gathered to say their final goodbyes.

Liam Payne tragically passed away on October 16 after falling from the balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was 31 years old. His death sparked an outpouring of grief worldwide, with mourners from across the globe paying tribute to the singer.
The funeral was an intimate event, with his former bandmates from One Direction, including Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson, in attendance to honour their late friend.
A Sombre Ceremony in Amersham
The emotional funeral service saw guests arrive at the 12th-century church, including Liam’s former bandmates and personal friends. Fans gathered behind a cordon outside, watching the proceedings as floral tributes were placed near the church entrance.
The coffin, draped in flowers spelling “Son” and “Daddy,” was transported to the church in a white horse-drawn hearse.Among the mourners were model Kate Cassidy and her companion Damian Hurley.
Kate had been with Liam during his time in Buenos Aires but was not present at the hotel during his tragic fall. Also attending were Simon Cowell, One Direction’s manager, and Cheryl Tweedy, Liam’s ex-partner and mother of his son, Bear.
