The dance, set to Meghan Trainor’s Criminals, quickly went viral. “I don’t think anybody thought it would end up as the opening credits,” Hewson explained. “Then boom, it was the opening credits.”
Hewson was delighted with the unexpected reaction. She noted that the scene “warmed her heart” as more joined the trend.

In her view, Amelia has moved on after her family’s trauma. The character, she feels, would prefer a quieter life.
However, if the show’s creator Susanne Bier writes a new storyline, Hewson might return. “I would work with all of them again in a heartbeat,” she said. She expressed gratitude for the cast and for the dance scene that resonated with so many fans.
