During a morning chat before school, Underwood recounted, “Isaiah thinks I’m performing somewhere, so he prayed, ‘God please give all the words and help her sing wonderfully.’” This innocent prayer highlights how much Isaiah looks up to his mother and cherishes her musical talent.
When Underwood’s husband Mike Fisher clarified that she wouldn’t be singing, Isaiah quickly adapted his prayer. “Okay, just give her wisdom,” he said. This quick change showcases not only his love for his mom but also his understanding of the importance of her new role.
