Bocelli, who has entertained the public for nearly four decades, gives much of the credit for this lifetime voice to his very unique routine. “I often play the flute, my faithful companion on every trip I take,” he said, adding that it strengthens his vocal tract and exercises his diaphragm without straining his vocal cords.

His career began in piano bars, but Bocelli entered the international scene with his 44th Sanremo Music Festival win in 1994. With a record of 17 studio albums and over 80 million records sold, Bocelli continues to mesmerize music fans.

30 Years of Unforgettable Renditions

For the last three decades of his glorious career Bocelli returned to Teatro del Silenzio in Tuscany and gave a show for 30 000 fans with participation from some famous guests, such as Plácido Domingo and Ed Sheeran. And once again, it was a lonely homecoming for Bocelli, who celebrated in the serene beauty of his hometown, Lajatico.
