In a bid to win, Bynes has been engaging in “opposite action” to combat low moods, saying, “I’m doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean.” The latest Instagram story revealed a milestone—14,895 steps walked were covered by 6.60 miles and burned as many as 481 calories, all part of a goal to regain control of her health.
