Cardi B, one of the sexy women in the rap industry who thinks she has nothing to hide, but, recently caught up with a lot of legal matters. The reason behind this legal matter is none other than she makes it a point to be her real, crazy self all the time.
The rapper is currently fighting a lawsuit filed by Kevin Michael Brophy Jr. He accused the rapper of using a photo of his tattoo on the cover of the rapper’s mixtape, Gangsta B*tch Music Vol 1, without Kevin Michael’s permission.
Along with this, Cardi B took to Instagram and post a boomerang of her shaking her booty and it brightens up every fans weekend. The rapper, Cardi B is really good at twerking and she leaves no chance to prove that to the World.
This boomerang seems like it is taken just before she was going for her event or shoot. However, she shared the boomerang of her shaking butts on Instagram with a caption: “Is lit like a lamp, lick you like a stamp.” Subtle, huh?
She is that kind of woman who leaves no stone unturned to keep her fans entertained.
Result of the Legal Matter
Kevin Brophy Jr., however, has demanded $5 million for the alleged violation for using his image without his permission and giving a wrongful image of him. After that, US District Court Judge Cormac Carney ruled out Cardi B’s video. Even the judge shared that Brophy has put out a reasonable claim for using his image without consent.
