Mauricio Umansky, husband of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, is at the center of a bombshell claim involving a photo swap in his home office.
Sutton Stracke, a fellow RHOBH cast member, revealed on a recent episode that Umansky allegedly replaced a photo of Richards with one of his former “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Emma Slater. This revelation comes amid ongoing rumors and speculation surrounding Umansky and Slater’s relationship, following their time together on the hit reality dance competition.

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton Stracke revealed that Mauricio Umansky had somehow managed to replace a picture of his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, with a photo of his former Dancing With the Stars partner, Emma Slater.
“There was a story she told me about a picture,” Stracke said, explaining that Kyle appeared “a little down” when she discovered the photo switch. She also reported that Umansky, 54, had taken a photo of Richards, 55, out of his office in their Beverly Hills home and put a photo of Slater, whom she didn’t identify, up instead.
Kathy Hilton and Erika Jayne were surprised with the accusation. Hilton was incredulous, saying “Are you serious?” Jayne noted, “Why do you replace a picture of your wife with your ‘Dancing With the Stars’ partner? All that’s gonna do is make people talk more.” In his defense, Stracke said that such action “actually hurts” rather than helping the situation.

During the episode, Stracke came to Richards’ house and entered Umansky’s office, where she pointed out that something felt strange, asking if that felt weird, the desk?
Richards responded by saying that it felt weird that his picture was taken down too. The emotional conversation highlighted the strain between the couple as they navigated their separation after 27 years of marriage.
Rumors of an affair between Umansky and Slater had been circulating when they were photographed together in October 2023, holding hands at a Beverly Hills restaurant.
Richards later admitted she was “hurt” by the images during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. Despite the speculation, Umansky and Slater publicly denied any romantic involvement, saying they had become “really good friends” after spending hours together dancing.
