The billionaire biohacker was known for his experiments to reverse his aging. Now, Bryan Johnson, also known as the billionaire biohacker famous for reversing most of his features due to age, just made a new achievement: from a bald-headed man to a healthy-haired one using nutritional supplements, personalized treatments, and advanced light therapy. A 47-year-old Johnson even showed his remarkable transformation and said he was expected to be “genetically bald” at his age.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Johnson pointed to the fact that for men hair can remain healthy if measures are in place early. He further warned that most men tend to lose up to 50% of their hair before men even notice what is happening. His hair restoration journey incorporated a mix of strategically chosen vitamins and rich protein foodstuffs, which he credits as important elements in the regrowth process..

Combining Nutritional Supplements and Topical Treatments

Johnson is of the opinion that optimally balanced diet played a key role in overcoming his alopecia. For instance, he began to take Omega-3 fatty acids and protein on a daily basis, which he claims are vital for enhancing hair growth. He also went on to take other grown –up vitamins like melatonin, caffeine, vitamin D3 which were conducive to his scalp and assisted the hairs to grow back.

Apart from his diet, Johnson also applied scalp creams that were custom made for him according to his genetic factors. This innovative strategy enabled him to achieve impressive outcomes in less than a year, signifying the impact tailor-made therapies have in combating hair loss.

Red Light Therapy and Low-Dose Medication Play a Role

In addition to oral treatments and  treatments, Johnson uses red light therapy to stimulate hair follicles and  growth. In recent days, he’s been wearing a lightweight hat that’s quickly gained popularity as one of the best products for  scalp health and  hair growth.

Johnson takes low-dose oral minoxidil. While he says it’s a hair-removal medication, he says dosage should be carefully considered because high doses may cause side effects, including headaches and  hair growth. The entire process, including diet, skin care, light therapy and medication, helped her get rid of her baldness and regain her radiance.
