A highly anticipated game show, dedicated to finding the biggest “Ultimate Friends Fan”, will be making its debut on Max as a special tribute to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the iconic NBC sitcom, inviting fans to showcase their knowledge and love for the beloved show through a series of exciting challenges and trivia contests.

Max revealed in a press release on Monday that “Fast Friends,” a four-part game show, will begin production in October at the “Friends Experience: The One” activation in New York City.

The news release read “From racing through Rachel and Monica’s apartment to darting across Joey and Chandler’s bachelor pad and grabbing a coffee at Central Perk, fans will re-live their favorite moments while being put to the test with trivia, puzzles, and games that will keep even the most die-hard FRIENDS fans on their toes,”

The team that completes the “fast paced” tournament the quickest will win the title of “Ultimate Friends Fan.”

“Friends” ran on NBC from 1994 to 2004

Co-executive producers of the game show, which is being produced by Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in collaboration with Warner Horizon, are Dan Sacks, Brigette Theriault, Dan Norris, and Richard Burgio.

The beloved sitcom, “Friends,” entertained audiences on NBC for a decade, precisely from 1994 to 2004. Leading the show were the talented cast members including Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry – who tragically passed away in October 2023 at the age of 54 – along with Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer who brought their unique characters to life on screen.
