She revealed that she admires how both Apple and Moses possess a strong sense of self-awareness. “I think my kids both really know themselves very well and that’s a trait about them that I both love and admire,” she expressed with pride.
However, she also shared a concern common among many parents today – anxiety. “And I guess one I worry about for both of them is anxiety. This is, as we know, the anxious generation.
So that’s probably what I worry about,” she added, acknowledging the mental health challenges faced by today’s youth.
Co-Parenting with Chris Martin
Paltrow and Chris Martin were married for 13 years, from 2003 until their “conscious uncoupling” in 2014. Despite their separation, the duo has successfully co-parented their children, maintaining a cordial relationship.
